Mercs Battle Foam Bag Available in September
July 25, 2011 by dracs
If you didn't watch last week's On the Table first of all why not? Secondly, you'll have missed the news that this September Battle Foam will be bringing out a new bag for Mercs. Check out these images.
The bag itself is truly impressive, with more storage space and pockets than Batman's utility belt. Here's some of the stats:
- Holds up to 60 Mercs minis.
- Velcro Pockets for storing the rules.
- Elastic bands on the bottom for Mercs play mats.
- Zipper pockets for storing dice and counters.
- 8 Pockets for storing Mercs MegaCon game decks.
The only things this bag doesn't have is a space for the kitchen sink.
I am particularly impressed by the addition of pockets for the game decks, which just goes to show Battle Foam's attention to details.
If you want to get your hands on this bag, or even any other of Battle Foam's products, there is a way for U.S citizens to get themselves some credit to spend on the Battle Foam site.
Battle Foam are now offering a trade in system, where you can trade in your old cases and foam in order to gain trade in credit. Just follow the instructions linked to here.
Unfortunately this is currently only available to the U.S, we citizens of the U.K and the rest of the world will just have to wait a little longer.

It was mentioned a while back that a backpack type bag was going to be produced. I’m waiting for this as I cycle to my local gaming club and so it’s difficult with a regular bag. Does anyone know if/ when this is planned as I’ve searched the Battlefoam website and can’t find anything on it.
