A unit is only as good as its officer, the man at its head who must inspire or scare their troops to battle. Luckily MaxMini are working on some new head options to turn your soldier into the perfect officer.

These guys look gnarled, tough-as-nails and ready for action. Just to look at the faces here is to hear a thousand shouted commands, insults and inspiring speeches. Using one of these heads on a commissar would allow you to create a great individual officer to lead the unit, the sort you could easily build a story around.
