Maxmini Don their Steam Knight Helmets!
May 22, 2012 by brennon
We caught some concepts and renders of these a few days ago but here are the final product from Maxmini, the fantastic Steam Knight Nobles heads.
Perfect Steampunk helmets for some nefarious schemes. I could see these being the minions of a dastardly villain in Victorian London fighting against your stalwart heroes. The other use of course is as alternates for Warhammer 40,000 and the like. Might it be also be the time for some Steampunk Eldar?
Which is your favourite from whats on offer?

They’ve turned out really well – great fine detail on the visors and rivets and I like the fact that even the necks have been painted. 😉
For steampunk you need suitable armoured bodies…perhaps something from Warmachine like Exemplar Bastions as they’re chunky and ornate so should work well. Obviously in 40K they’d make perfect Custodes heads, but steampunk Eldar is something I’d like to see. Sticking primitive exhaust pipes on Guardians, support weapons turning on cogs…could be epic! 🙂
Would so love to see those in a ladies’ hairdresser salon.
Stick on head, instant beehive!
Nice me likee! 😀
They sort of look creepy with the big pointy helmet. It reminds me of dunce caps.
