MaxMini Get Some Crew Together to Clamber Into Your Tanks

MaxMini have published some 3D renders of a series of tank crew miniatures who you can stick out of the top of your tanks. You know, if you want to give the snipers a challenge.
These crew members have a good variety of styles and poses to give your tanks a sense of individuality. Of course they don't have that old favourite pose for tank commanders.
Do you guys think these look like a promising addition to your tank force?
