Mad Robot Miniatures’ New Grey Coat

Most of us are always in need of some fodder for the front lines of our far future battlefields, and Mad Robot Miniatures might have another one to send to the front.
Above is also a comparison between the trooper and others from different ranges. I have to say that immediately I jumped on the idea of using him/them as crazy troopers from a Weird World War German attack squad, supporting someone like the Red Skull!
Like what you see?
The proportions look a bit off, I don’t just mean in relation to the GW figures, his knees look a bit too low down and his legs are a lot bulkier than the rest of him, and his head, while roughly the right size at first glance must be tiny inside his helmet…
Also displays one of my pet hates – holding a rifle tucked into the elbow.
It’s good. But, yes the legs look slightly large compared to the head.
Personally I would buy them for conversions, not for the full model. I think the legs a just right for adding onto a cadian upper body. The legs might be a bit higher but thats OK with me.
Need more information ha ha.
I do like the GW Imperial Guard but eep they kinda look a little dated these days. Defo not worth the cost GW charge, far too primitive compared to a lot of the other GW plastics.
Its not just that, they have the least options in any troop kit, and the fact you need to buy the heavy weapons in a separate box is just ridiculous nowadays.
need an image next to rackham UNA trooper
for a non GW game , there are a lot of decent human troops out there , maybe not to a GW standard , but these look passable…..now if only people cansee past the needs elaborate models to play , its about the game…
