If you're looking for a very odd looking creation for your technologically advanced army of the far future then how about the Annihilators from HiTech Miniatures?
As the title suggests this is certainly something that is more machine than man. A (unwilling?) sacrifice has been attached to this tracked vehicle and now serves the Emperor...er...'Lord' in death as well as life. This could be perfect for making up that awesome Techpriest army you've always thought of doing.
