The Lord Inquisitor Puts a Smile on its Faces
September 17, 2013 by dracs
Progress continues on fan made film The Lord Inquisitor with the latest images showing off the steady progress with the tricky business of capturing the characters' facial expressions.
Capturing facial expressions accurately is an important issue with CGI humans. We are used to seeing people's expressions, so it can be a bit jarring for audiences if these aren't done right.
It is very encouraging to see such attention to these details on The Lord Inquisitor and from these images we can see that things are shaping up nicely.

i do not envy the person who has to animate that, but can’t wait to see the no doubt amazing job they do with it 🙂
I’d have to agree with Sam on the feel that most CGI animation can be flat and put people off from the work. That might explain why so few CGI films aim to do realism and go for cartoon style as the expressions can be exaggerated and therefor excepted.
I wonder when will the movie be released?
Although I wish to Russ I was wrong, it’ll probably be around the time that the events in the story actually happen.
