Knight Models’ Comedian is No Laughing Matter
October 23, 2013 by dracs
Knight Models have released their new Watchman miniature of Rorschach, alongside his degenerate team mate the Comedian.
Both of these sculpts captures the style of their respective characters perfectly. It is really cool to see them painted up, with the cocky swagger of the Comedian contrasting with the brooding and subdued colours of Rorschach.
Both of these two "heroes" are now available from Knight Models' website and it hopefully shouldn't be too long before the rest of the team joins them.
Do you see things in black and white, or is it all just a joke to you?

Why must KM always feel the need to punish my feeble wallet?? Not until I have finished all my SDE and Infinity models! Notice they are on the “Batman Miniature Game” page in the shop, hope they get rules too, if only for a laugh off between Joker and Comedian 🙂 Is it the possible beginnings of a super hero fantasy football type thing?
Rorschach is ok (he looks soft, but that’s the paint-job…), but the comedian is… pudgy. And meh. I think it’s the paint, but even the pose looks bunched up and the face is off.
I agree, but as a fan, I’m forgiving about these sculpts.
Well, I’m expecting more in the future with Ozymandias and Bubastis, that’s for sure. And I’d appreciate a 54 or 75mm version, too.
Ya’ll want throwing out the window by Ozymandiaz! These are super cool. Love them!
Think it’s the paint job on both imo. KM have great painters for the larger scale models, but they struggle with 35mm, Coming from wargaming backgrounds a lot find the reverse true, but their guys are definitely more in their element with 70mm.
had high hopes for the Comedian but that pose is abit of a joke…
