Infinity Break Out Their October Releases!
October 28, 2014 by dignity
Welcome back to another look at the latest miniatures from the guys over at Corvus Belli for Infinity! This month is shaping up to be another great one with a myriad of different troops to pick from!
Let's kick off with the simply epic looking Dog-Warriors from Ariadna's Kazak Army. Unleash the fury of the most unstoppable Impetuous troops in the whole Infinity range! The Dog-Faces advance through the high sci-fi battlefields of Infinity with the help of their Smoke Grenades, getting as close at they can to your opponent. Once hit your buddy may want to duck and cover as these gents undergo an awesome transformation into the Dog-Warriors! These gigantic monster wolf soldiers are pure demolishing power and are dying to sink their teeth and claws into the git that just shot them!
Not to be out done we get a look at the JSA Support Pack for the Japanese Sectorial Army. In this Box we'll be getting the option for a Doctor and Engineer, two of the most important skill sets you'll need for your future games of Infinity. Add the Ghost Servant robots who are able to expand the influence of these troops throughout the Battlefield, and you're looking at a really useful addition to your army.
Time for another trooper from Haqqislam's Qapu Khalqi. The new Janissair will be rolling out on to the battle field with a HMG (EEEPP!!!) and is looking to be another heavy infantry option for you to field. What do you think guys; will he be making it into your army?
Time to add a Mercenary Warcor to your forces! From what I've been hearing from Carlos this guy will be especially useful in your campaigns with the ability to annoy the enemy with a constant flash pulse and direct information from the battle!
Last up this month we have the Kotail Mobile Unit. If your looking for a trooper to add a little surprise to your games this is the one for you. Equipped with a Holoprojector and skills like Super-Jump your friends will really need to keep an eye out for this little trickster on the battle field.
They’re all so cool, ALL THE TIME! It’s not fair!
Sorry to double-post but I just had a more detailed look and wondered if anyone had any links to good tutorials to make simple yet effective bases like the ones these guys are on?
Actually (90% of the time) those are customeeple bases. Angel Giraldez (the painter) usually uses those and just paints them. He also helps customeeple design some as well.
No way, I’ve never heard of Customeeple before, they have an amazing selection of Infinity stuff :O More things to buy :'(

Tons of tutorials for quick made yet nice bases
That Janissair! That is very likely going to find it’s way right into my Haqq force; I love the ‘say hello to my little friend’ pose!
Gosh!! These doggies are humongous! 😀 Wow!
I’ve run out of superlatives to use when commenting CB minis. I’ll just have to settle with AWESOMESAUCE this time.
gorgeous figures i love the dog warriors, thats so going to be my main faction now 🙂
The new Janissair looks impressive and mean. I want one.
beautiful. Agree that Janissary is a beast.
Gorgeous, beautiful, stunning … I want every single one.
I like the new miniatures, but sadly every new wolf like creatures with opened mouth has wrong jaws.
It looks like he has a jaw lock because he tried to eat a giant egg like an snake.
If the jaw joint would be a little bit less wide in the throat it would be better.
I noticed that the “Dog Warrior” werewolf-looking guy has distinctly Russian Mafia style tattoos, particularly on his chest. Is this part of the game / background fluff / factions? I actually haven’t been hooked into Infinity yet but if you get to play Russian mafia characters, this might change my mind. 🙂
oriskany,
Most units in Infinity have a modern origin, but I don’t think the Dog-Warriors have a specific one. They are in the same faction as Russian/American/British/French/Scottish units.
But if you want Russian mafia, I think you’ll be interested in the to-be released Tunguska sectorial (themed division of the Nomad faction). They are the Black Hand.
I want to stroke every part of those dog warrior’s bodies… with my brush, of course… 😉
