Hawk Wargames Preview the Post-Human Immortals
May 4, 2012 by brennon
We saw some of the standard grunts for one of the human factions, the Colonies of Mankind in Dropzone Commander yesterday. But now the move is to the more technologically advanced looking Post-Human Republic...
Certainly brings a literal meaning to the idea of a faceless corporation doesn't it? Some cool chunky armour and awesome looking guns. A massive contrast to the more bedraggled looking Colonies. These Cyborgs might be a little hard to kill...
Do the Post-Human Republic take your fancy?

Those leg armor reminds me about onces that 40k space marines have. Those are rather similar.
They look more tech savvy than the others shown this week.
10mm , thats small.
Which makes that painting rather amazing to me.
I have to say, this is perhaps the faction I like best, it has the nicest (to my eye) dropships and the grunts look pretty cool too. not sure how well I could paint men who probably stand about the knee height of a space marine , but I know that my airbrush assisted self could do a fairly decent job on the flying stuff.
This is my faction for sure!!!
Again I’d say these are a little crude compared to the vehicles – for example the anime-style holes in the armour are massive compared to how they usually are in something like Infinity figs – but they pull off that sleek advanced look quite well.
don’t forget the pictures are double the size of the actual minature so gaps will look bigger they are more extreme than 28mm so you can pick out detail to paint.
Theyb do the trick, I mean the game is not about the single grunt anyway 🙂
Yeah you really have to remember that they are 10mm in size, it’s very difficult to imagine when you see large pictures like that.
We have an interview with David from Hawk wargames on our blog. http://6inchmove.wordpress.com/2012/05/02/dzc-hawk-wargames-interview/
