Hasslefree Strap On Some Sci-Fi Power Armour

Hasslefree Miniatures are showing off the new resin masters of both their male and female sci-fi power armour prototypes.
This is a great example of both male and female being given equal treatment in their sculpts while also maintaining a distinct difference between the genders. The only problem I would have with this would be that the female sculpt appears somewhat knock kneed.
Would these two troopers join your army?
I love Hasslefree’s stuff. Superb sculpting. My only criticism of them is I wish they would actually stick to doing fewer things well and produce something that could actually be called a “range”, rather than there eclectic mix of whatever takes their fancy this month.
Hasslefree rock <3 they sent me an awesome model I could use as Batou for my Infinity idea but also packed in a suitable Major eq. model for free just because they were on holiday when I ordered it…you don't get customer service like that, anywhere! These sculpts are both awesome looking and although a bit beefy for my infinity force if I end up playing Deadzone or Merc's they could quite easily fit in a force, as for the knock-knee'd comment I think that's because the armour has slightly digi-grade legs which is more apparent on the male sculpt… Read more »
These look great! Is it only me who is now looking at any and all Sci-fi releases these days and wondering how I can shoe-horn them into rebel army based around the Deadzone Rebs range. I’m thinking of these as part of an elite squad of reb soldiers who have got hold of some enforcer/corp/FF tech – could even swap out the heads for some alien races too. Now that I look at the site some of their other models could be equally at home in a rag-tag rebellion – how about their Hellboy (sorry I mean ‘Harby’) as a… Read more »
I’m going to swear now, so I apologise in advance if I offend anybody…
I fucking love these figures. I can’t wait for the range to be expanded when they get around to doing them in plastic.
Good too see the knock kneed fully represented in miniatures.
The finished models look much better than the preview made them out to e.
Is that a kestrel helmet on the male? I think it’s a kestrel helmet. Frag yeah!
Hasslefree minis are always top quality. I like these.
Cool looking minis but as Erastus said I’d like to see HF releases ranges rather than mish mash; I don’t want lots of different minis from different manufacturers in the same force, I want consistent looking minis with a range of options. Also, I really dislike the way HF don’t show prices inc VAT, I like prices plain without needing to reach for a calculator or tax my noggin.
