Who Gave Kromlech’s Orks a Machine Gun?

Another one of Kromlech's great coat and gas mask sporting Orks has appeared, but it isn;t just his fashion sense which makes this guy stand out. It's also his big gun.
I love the WWI trench warfare style Kromlech have gone for with this mini, yet the weapon and gas mask are still suitably sci-fi and bodged together to leave you with little doubt who this chap is.
While I am not particularly taken with the hunched stance of the model it is still pretty cool. You can almost hear the ack-ack of its gun.
What other weapons do you hope Kromlech will give these guys?
Finally a heroic scale MG-42, can finish my Guard Germans now.
