Awesome :). Attending one of his painting seminars is a high priority when I’m at GenCon.
If I had 10% of Angels talent I would be a happy man.
In Angel’s own words, practice, practice, practice.
Fantastic, thanks for doing such an interview.
Angel is a real hero, delivering such amazing quality in such tight deadlines.
Great video. The stand out part for me is he does those minis in so little time. Astounding.
Fascinating insight into the process of taking concepts through to finished pieces in tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards, including the need for ‘brand’ and faction consistency.
I’m not an Infinity collector/player yet but I always look forward to seeing and being inspired by their work.
A very cool insight as to how CB work. I could be wrong but I don’t expect there are many companies where the painter has as much input to the final product.
The end result is testament to their working practices. A lot of people drool over the minis who don’t even play the game.
Great interview Warren. 🙂
Great interview! Infinity has great sculpts for sure, but measure of their success can be attributed to Angel’s masterful work showing them in the bes possible light.
I’ve had the luck to see some of Angel’s paint jobs up close and the quality looks just as good as in the photos.
These two seem much more relaxed outside the studio.

The Kum Riders are Savage, Looking forward to seeing some Female Kum Riders in the near future…
Great interview Warren.
I love it how whatever question you ask, Angel always answers with something you can use when painting ! 🙂
Like always they are the best. CB I know you got a great future ahead of you.
Great team.
Brother G
Great opportunity to “see” a team at work. Product focus at its best. They actually seem to want to make good minis…and then we see they do!
Nice thing this interview Warren, get us more!
