That was an impressive interview. I hope one day to have a game that gets high esteem from Mr Priestly.
Very enjoyable.
I have deep respect for mr Priestley, thanks for bringing this interview.
On the actual interview some deeply insightful thoughts from a master.
Great video. Very interesting.
I must say that this was one of the most humbling interviews I’ve see in a long time. I truly wish for Rick to get his vision made a reality. Gates of Antares may have fallen short at kickstarter, but I really hope he and the team do some number crunching and find a means to market this so the game can be in our hands. The lessons learned can help them 10 fold so a better game can be achieved.
Great interview and thankyou Rick for sharing some of your experiences with us.
Many thanks to Mr. Priestley for sharing his experience. A very interesting interview. Best of luck for as many projects as he wishes for.
best 46 min I spent this Sat. thank you all
How nice that his opening gambit was telling people a book to buy if you want to design games. What a top bloke.
Thanks for that trip down memory lane. Grant & Featherstone both massive in my own early exploits into wargames.
Another great interview, thanks guys 🙂
I’m looking forward to many more to come…
Awesome interview. Maybe add a designer-studio tag to this series of videos?
Great interview – great guy. Great reason to be on backstage.
Seeing that BoW had some Rick Priestley video and interviews is one of the reasons I purchased a backstage pass.
So whens the next one 🙂
Hail the tabletop Jesus.
Enormously interesting, a privilege. I have high hopes for the future!
Great Interview.
