This happened to my friend, but he always steals the initiative if he doesn’t deploy first.
But this is a way to get a dice always roll a six: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dURhrY9Z-xg&feature=fvwrel
isnt that illigal
ahh, and sanctity of the game has been lost…
and it maybe looks strange if you always throw a 6, so if you see your opponent doing that, use his dice. Or you have to let him take lots of leadership/pinning tests, and if you are a nid player, use the doom. but darrell wanted a dice that always throw a six so…
Pathfinders you mean 😛
Fire warriors you mean. Two things give it away, first is the pulse rifles, pathfinders can’t take them. Second is the leg armor, pathfinders don’t have leg armor, only a breastplate.
Nice to see other army feedback has been taken onboard, go BoW !!
Oh. I always let my opponent choose if they want to go first or not. Perhaps in a tournament you have to roll, but I don’t really mind.
Could I ask what the tanks in the middle of the line are? They don’t look like Chimeras but heck are they lovely.
@bubbles15 – They’re resin kits from Battlebuild.
Check out Darrell’s video on them:

I’ll need to re-upload them first give me an hour (or so) and they’ll be done.
BoW Justin
With my usual verve and instant responsiveness – cheers, much obliged. I’ll look them up this eve at home.
I’ve read of individuals that have practiced to throw dice so the roll straight… that is so they roll like a wheel… the sides never come up… if you’re fishing for a 6 you got a 1 in 4 chance,… 5+ a 50/50 chance etc… and since the 1 and 6 are opposite you can roll 2-5 to make those terminator saves all day. just watch for guys who seem to line up their dice, prefer to roll only a couple of dice at a time or otherwise have unusual dice related behavior. 😉
Heh, I always try to set up so I can take advantage of a seized initiative. But I do tend to play quite aggressively…
