Who Could These Be Creeping Out of Kromlech?

Kromlech have put out a preview image showing two hunched, great coated figures in gas masks. Just who could these be?
If I was to take a guess I would say that these two are WWII era goblins. We all know how Kromlech loves the greenskins.
Then again, they look a bit to heavy to be gobbos. Maybe they're full grown Orcs and just look a bit squat because of the great coats. Either way, awesome.
What do you all think these could be?
