The other fun part of this is that cos the additional attacks don’t actually target anything you can go and bounce the lightning on to things you couldn’t normally spell to death *looks at his lightning fried doomies*
Yeah, its a good way to deal with anything with spell ward or high defense. Circle of Orboros’s Kreuger the Stormwrath is good for this. His ranged weapon (a lightning bolt) has Electro Leap, he has Chain Lightning, and he can upkeep Lightning Tendrils on a friendly model/unit.
Lightning Tendrils gives the model/unit Reach(!) and Electro Leap.
So much infantry munching. The downside is that pow 10 isn’t threatening anything with high arm or multiple wounds. Luckily, Trenchers have neither. 🙂
Aye, and neither do my poor little doom reavers….
Great tip for cygnar. This could also be a good counter to the winter guards deathstar boosted with iron flesh. I guess the way to counter hit is to get into melee as soon as possible so that his own dudes are harder to hit.
