Check Out The First Mission Of Full Control’s Space Hulk
June 29, 2013 by brennon
Some folks who were at Rezzed last weekend have managed to get hold of some footage of Space Hulk running fully on a laptop. Check it out above and let me know what you think...
Do you think it looks faithful enough to the original board game? For one I think it does look pretty good however you can tell it's a bit of a budget game. I don't know if it's fully finished yet but some of the animations are a little bit off for me.
Still, it does look ace and graphics aren't everything! Space Hulk on the PC is going to be awesome!
What do you think?

As long as the gameplay is good the graphics shouldn’t really be an issue, i had space hulk on the Saturn, looked awful. But was a very fun game.
I wonder if this will make its way to PSN or XBLA. There would be a market for it there, I’m sure.
Dont really see what would be special about a vid game adaptation unless some more work is put into graphics and animation.. might as well play the actual boardgame :p
I would prefer to play the boardgame but I don’t think it would work by myself on the train to work so a half decent ipad version will be very welcome. As has been mentioned before the issue I see is that a successful adaptation could have lured new players to try out the boardgame and/or the wider world of tabletop games but you can’t buy a new copy of one of GW most popular games because the last release was limited edition for some reason.
Why oh why do these companies insist on only producing these for the iPap? Especially when Android devices are now outselling those of Apple.
Android devices might outsell iPads, but iStore apps make about 5x the revenue of ‘Droid apps. Makes sense for devs to put the effort into the platform they’re more likely to make money from.
i think it would be good for me because i didnt have the money at the time for the board game and now cant afford to buy one on ebay for £200+
