You don’t need the icon with the terminators if you’re using them to escort your lord since he’ll confer the benefits of fearless, so that’ll free up points for the ectoplasma cannon on the forgefiend.
I agree with the lack of marks for a starting point, after a few games you could then tailor them to see where any of your units fall short. If you’re running a nigh on all assault army then I’d be tempted to run with a Maulerfiend or a unit of 5 Spawn with the Mark of Nurgle to ‘back-up’ the footslogging marines – either that or an extra HQ, like a cheap Chaos Lord just to add some ectra punch to the 20 man unit.
