More limited edition nonsense /facepalm
Not only is “limited edition” complete nonsense….but what’s with all these little stories being exclusive to an audio format? Maybe I’m old-school and maybe I have a certain “fetish” for books as material objects…but I just cant stomach audio books. I like to have a book that I can read as quickly or slowly as I like….take the time to go back and look up passages….track down thoughts and ideas through the book….make notes….compare passages that echo other books, poems, and so on… Audio books just shovel the material at you in a way that stunts my ability to properly… Read more »
I don’t think there is anything inherently bad about audiobooks. They serve a purpose and in the case of the Gotrek & Felix one were pretty awesome. But then again thats because it was JUST an audiobook, not a port as it were.
I got into this universe by reading and I really think that is where the majority of the universe actually gets fluffed out. Even in the codex its the fluff that puts the stats into perspective. I really hope that they are planning some omnibi for this series atleast to give us the content as well.
Audio books make it much easier to read while driving … so bonus.

Pretty cool but limited edition is annoying as usual. I’ll stick to the novels for now.
