Some New Bases Are in Micro Art’s Pipeworks

Micro Art Studios have released a new selection of bases which are perfect for any miniature who finds itself in the industrial landscape of a steampunk world; the pipework bases.
These bases do a great job at portraying the rivets and sheet metal of an industrial setting. You could almost imagine them as being from the hold of an iron ship. They would definitely make excellent bases for the Miners and Steamfitters Union in Malifaux.
However, while they are not quite as intricate as Micro Art's previous bases, the criss-crossing pipes might still prove a barrier to these things being practical for mounting your miniatures on.

Actually I was thinking Infinity Nomads might work well here.
I actually think they hit the mark on detail and doodads versus usability. While the options are limited, I can clearly see how I could fit a miniature on each of these bases.
