Barbarian Death Queens & Superheroes from Hasslefree
June 6, 2012 by brennon
Some more releases this week from the Hasslefree Miniatures collection. Check out the miniatures below and see what you think...
First up is the Barbarian Queen of the Dead Taxxis looking like she is about to make some poor soul a headless one. A typical model from the Hasslefree line, but good for Fantasy and Role-Playing.
Next up is Aaron who I believe is based off the hero in the film Kick Ass. So if you're looking for someone to take on the mantle of your superhero on the tabletop he might be it.
There is also a Clear Resin version of Isseki. If you were using this model for some Sci-Fi or Cyberpunk style game then this could be whenever the hero is cloaked?
And of course you want to pick up some weapons, lots of weapons. Check out the SMG's and find a model for them to fit!
So what's taking your fancy from the Hasslefree line up in June?
some nice looking minis…glad to see that barbarian is wearing proper Armour to protect her self. Oh wait silly me…however if she is a Celt they did tend to believe that fate was the best form of protection

Loving the Ghost in the Shell stuff though – they had full thermoptic camo there so it’s only right the Hasslefree not-Batou has a mini to represent that. He’d be perfect in a game of Infinity as a TO-equipped leader figure. The guns also seem to be inspired by GitS: http://www.imfdb.org/w/images/a/a0/Seburoc26a.jpg As said above the female barbarian is predictable, but well crafted and posed, so there’s no… Read more »
That copy of Kick-ass is nice. He could be painted up to look like a ninja.
As @mecha82 pointed out the lady can pass as a Heavy Metal comic babe.
Quite like the horse helm and just about letting them off the nakedness as she is a Barbarian.
But even so more than a thong would be better
I would call her Hanna
Hanna Barberian?
Scooby Doo et al?
oooh please yourselves.
