Warhammer Age Of Sigmar: Soulbound is getting a brand new book from Cubicle 7 that builds on your adventures in The Mortal Realms. Artefacts Of Power is going to be chock-a-block full of magical items for your adventurers to use in their quests.
Artefacts Of Power // Warhammer Age Of Sigmar: Soulbound
As mentioned above, this book features incredible magical items and adventures where you can go and hunt down some of these fantastical creations. You might also find yourself hunting down "terrifying arcane manifestations" which sounds fascinating.
- Detailed information about realmstone — crystallised magic energy that can be used to craft powerful weapons, armour, and more.
- A vast selection of magical weapons, armour, and artefacts, along with methods of randomly generating your own — with thousands of possible combinations!
- A collection of Ancient Relics — artefacts so powerful they can change the fate of the realms. Each of which comes with its own thrilling adventure.
- Detailed information on the mysterious distance spanning Realmgates, including ways to create and add them to your games.
- Rules, player options, and stat blocks for hunting Endless Spells — some of the most deadly creatures in the Mortal Realms.
I am very intrigued by the Ancient Relics section. Soulbound is a game where your heroes are intrinsically linked with the fortunes of The Mortal Realms and so it makes sense that you'd be chasing down powerful artefacts that could change the fate of the realms.
Do you think you'll be picking this up to tell new tales?

I did enjoy running Soulbound during the lockdown as it was a simple system to run via Skype, but when we got back to ‘at the table gaming’ we resumed our other game.
I may revisit it at some point… and this book could be useful… but unlike many RPG’s, Soulbound is not about getting better gear… the characters are already well equipped.
Yeah, I see the quests to secure/control/destroy an artefact etc being the main draw of this.
The figures an artwork look fantastic.
