A New Twist For D&D Coming In Online Game Sword Coast Legends

N-space and Digital Extremes in cooperation with Wizards of the Coast, are getting ready to release the next chapter in online RPG play in the 3rd quarter this year.

In this new game called Sword Coast Legends, which is set in the Forgotten Realms and is cross platform so no more Mac or Linux users being left out.

The producers promise on key via Steam and you can pick your platform. The demo video looks really good and game play will be familiar to others who have played these kind of games in the past.

What is going to make this game different from others is that there will be a Dungeon Master mode. This will let one player in your group become the Dungeon Master and they will have the ability to effect game play and how the story progresses.

So, for you D&D fans out there or those just looking for a new adventure this might be something to keep an eye out for when it is released. There will also be some upgrades available that will come with extra physical goodies such as maps and soundtracks in a collectors edition.
