Role-Play In The World Of Wreck-Age With New Sourcebooks
April 9, 2015 by brennon
Hyacinth Games have announced that they're going to be working on a series of different Sourcebooks to help expand the world of Wreck-Age into the realm of role-playing games.
New Stories To Tell
The first of these sandboxes that they've shown off the cover for is The Uprison which takes place in a floating location above the Earth...
Other locations and settings include Switch City which is the new name for Chicago and Shangri LA which is, interestingly, Los Angeles. These will be setting books that could be used for a range of other systems giving you the 'Wreck-Age' feel for the world.
Hyacinth Games have also talked about potentially creating a system of their own that would be free to download from their website.
Wreck-Age Miniatures
Of course this gives you a very good excuse to use some of the models from Hyacinth Games for Wreck Age like the Drifter Raiders below that are now up for pre-order on their webstore.
I reckon this could be a fascinating world of desolation and desertion in the midst of an apocalyptic wasteland. Thoughts of Mad Max and RAGE (the video game) come to mind as I see the miniatures and think on the possibilities for storytelling.
Do you play Wreck-Age?
