A Pair Of Mighty Dragons Swoop In For Reaper Bones!
March 4, 2015 by brennon
The guys at Reaper Miniatures have two rather big dragon-like offerings for you come March 16th. The start of Reaper Bones Wave II begins and leading the charge are both Khanjira and the Dragons Don't Share diorama set...
If you want to see what these two look like when they're all put together then check them out below. Both of these are of great quality, even with the soft plastic material used for bones, and they would be brilliant for any role-playing group. Dragon's Don't Share is by far one of my favourite Dragon kits out there...
...not a bad pair right? The Reaper Bones line is great and I've picked up a few heroes from them over the last year or so and been pleased. Some of the detail is of course lost but not much and the price is something you certainly can't grumble over.
What do you think of the new sets?

Those are impressive.
This is exciting! I’ve made whole units out of the big critters in the first Bones release (and posted pics of my marsh troll in the Hobby Square, actually), and have really been looking forward to picking up a bunch more now that the second kickstarter has been completed.
Mine are sat about 300 yards away from me. In the the Parcel Force depo near my works. 🙂
But I can’t get there to get them before tommorrow. 🙁
Oh and… 60 odd quid in custom and handling fees. Ouch. 🙁
There’s a shop in the city nearby that carries the entire Bones range. It’s on the near side to me, as luck would have it. They’ll order Bones figures for me without charging postage. I’ve also amassed some “20% off” coupons, and will be laying those down when the figures become available.
Sorry about the customs and handling 🙁 . Now you know how we feel on this side of the pond when we order from all the great miniatures companies in Europe! But I am quite jealous. You’ll have to let us know what you think of them :-).
Oh I don’t mind the cost ‘to’ much. Lol
But only because I was pretty much expecting it. Lol
It’s the being so close but so far away that gets to me. Lol
And that was a lot of Lols
Lol
Lol
I got khanjira from the kickstarter and he is a very large beast. That base he’s on has to be around 140-150mm wide.
Yeah, I did too.
And most of my RPG group has no idea that I now have a Terrasque mini for the end of the campaign…
Wow! How could you possibly follow that up?
Very nice, like the diorama a lot. Postage to Uk is a killer.
well, when you have your Kaiju, what you really need is a massive humanoid robot to fight it.
Got my rather large Reaper Bones 2 package yesterday too. Very good quality inside. Only downside was the rather hefty 150 Euro costums tax. Otherwise it’s a splendid release with alot of stuff to paint for the comming next years. Palladium did it rather snazzy with their Robotech Kickstarter (the 10kg Parcel of goodies comes to me on Monday via UPS), they send it to the UK first and then ship it to the Euro Costumers, so we don’t get clobbered in even more Costum Tax…thank the gods for that.
