Orcus Takes Shape From Otherworld Miniatures

Otherworld Miniatures have taken to social media to show off their latest take on Orcus. This is a creature that will certainly end up being the final boss in some long running campaign. See what you think of the sculpt. Those with delicate minds, don't look betwixt the legs...

As you can see at the moment he is posed holding onto his sceptre and another open hand which you assume should be holding a staff or weapon of some kind. This is an old school interpretation of Orcus based on artwork from those ancient Monster Manuals.

I think that I would put a staff in his open hand or a sword being held downwards as he if he goading you on to fight him. It will be interesting to see how the model looks when painted and maybe we'll see some of his minions as well.
