Games & Gears Reveal The Gen Con Legends Ranger
June 9, 2016 by brennon
Available at Gen Con and also as a miniature to be sent out Games & Gears have produced this fantastic Gen Con Legends Ranger for you to keep as a memento and maybe even a hero for future adventures...
This fantastic model was sculpted by K. Johnson and the painted version you see here was done by the fine hand of Dave Taylor.
It comes with the sculpted base as you see above and she also pops out of that too for use in your regular games.
The miniature is made of resin and actually comes pre-assembled so you don't have to build her which is neat. Additionally you also get a special Games & Gears Dice Bag & Dice to go with it so you can get role-playing right away.
A pretty awesome model don't you think?

Those are very nice.
I like the base. I think even Lloyd would like it since it’s somewhat unplinthy but there is something I find strange about the proportion of the female mini. Aren’t her legs a bit too long?
Finally, a nice figure for a dual dagger wielder.
very nice one
I like it, I’d replace the weapons with a sword and shield and paint her up as a female version of Link from the Zelda games.
Personally, I think it looks very dated – more like something GW were producing 25 yrs ago. Nice sculpt, but more oldhammer than ‘ooh, shiny new’. I can see why people like it.
