Free Playtest Rules Download For Cowboy Bebop RPG

Last year, Don't Panic Games announced that they would be partnering up with Mana Project Studio to bring Cowboy Bebop The Roleplaying Game. We heard that this title would be heading over to Kickstarter this year, but a cheeky Playtest Rules have appeared on DriveThruRPG for free, providing an insight into what we can expect prior to the crowdfunding campaign.

Players will be headed out not far into the future of 2071, heading out into surreal and unusual missions across the frontier with their own custom characters.

If you are keen on the ideals of creating your own space bounty hunter, you can gain access to playtest rules over on DriveThruRPG, spread across forty different pages. Players will find a playtest document, character sheet, pre-generated characters, a session sheet and a ship sheet.

This isn't the first venture from Don't Panic Games into anime on the tabletop, previously dipping into the worlds of Toyko Ghoul and Attack on Titan in board game formats.

This is an early release, so do be cautious that there may be some changes made prior to the Kickstarter. But if you are keen on dipping in early before committing to a pledge coming later this year.
