The Final Playtest For D&D Next Begins!
September 20, 2013 by brennon
The folks at Wizards of the Coast have got to the end of their playtest for Dungeons & Dragons. The final package can be downloaded from the D&D Next Sign Up section of the site where you can try your luck with the final preparations before it all goes quiet and the books arrive!
I have had a lot of fun with the D&D Next Pack over the past few months and I've even managed to dive into a session with the pre-made Dwarf Paladin. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to be Lawful Stupid again!
I can certainly see the promise in this new edition and they seem to have been able to please a fair few people with the direction they have gone. I can't wait to see what the new books look like and I think I'll be picking it all up when it gets released.
Have you had any adventures with D&D Next?

Brennon,
Will you be starting up a recorded quest like the folks over at Acquisitions Incorporated?
