Colour me excited! Game Start Edizioni has just launched a Kickstarter for a Fantasy World Creator reprint.

Fantasy World Creator Kickstarter is Live!

Fantasy World Creator is a box absolutely packed with tokens, characters and modular terrain pieces to build your ideal tabletop RPG world every week. Almost all of the components are made from 2mm thick cardboard which is laminated on both sides to both preserve and help sustain the cardboard but also to allow GMs to easily write and erase pen marks from the surface.

The location components come in five different texture types: wildlands, palace, dungeon, underground and interiors. Each piece fits together like a jigsaw and contains a standard 1-inch grid. But the locations are only the tip of the iceberg! The box is filled with character and monster cards and a veritable avalanche of standees for them.

What excites me about all of this is that you can write on all of the cards and scenario pieces. This brings a wealth of options to the tabletop from keeping track of monster health to players drawing tactical battle plans on the board. It's another element that can really add to your tabletop RPG campaign. Increasing the ability of players to engage more with the world and settings that you have built!

After smashing their last Kickstarter to the tune of €136, 369, it's back and contains the very best pieces and components available. There's even an expansion you can get your hands on which contains all manner of treasure and loot. I've managed to get a sneak peek at the box itself and the design is beautiful, the artwork is sumptuous and all of the components maintain a consistent level of quality.

Fantasy World Creator is a great way to provide your current and future tabletop RPG sessions with all of the components you might need to help build a world all your friends can dive into.
