Take The Dungeon Delving To iOS With Arena Of War
October 18, 2013 by brennon
Dungeons & Dragons: Arena of War is now out on iOS devices and you can view a short trailer for it above. As well as that see what you think of their art and screenshots below...
You will be picking a hero and taking to the lands of Forgotten Realms giving more credence to the idea that maybe, just maybe, in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition we're going to see that becoming the main canon realm.
It actually looks like it could be quite a fun game and any excuse to dive in and do some dungeon delving is one I wouldn't pass up. This will also be coming to Android as well so maybe I won't be left out!
What do you think?

Forgotten Realms again? There are so many nice settings in DnD and all I hear is Forgotten realms, no Ravenloft, Dark Sun, Planescape. Makes me sad to lose all those unique settings and go for the standard.
It sounds like all the other settings have become “forgotten”.
I am sorry but the best base setting for me is Greyhawk. It is just a good setting to bring on a new player with. That being said they need to get the other Campaign settings converted quicker then bringing out new class specific books.
Who hired the voice over artist?
I know mute extras that could lend more vocal credibility to the trailer…
The reviews on iTunes are not encouraging.
And, sorry, but that music has been used oh so many times!
