Dark Souls RPG Reprint & Replacements Coming October 2022
May 25, 2022 by fcostin
Not too long ago when the Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game was released, many a fan who dipped into the roleplaying core book, both original and collector's edition were left a little short. With inconsistencies throughout the title, Steamforged Games have now released a statement sharing that they will be updating both physical and digital versions for players that purchased digitally or directly.
Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game // Steamforged Games
If you are a fan that bought into the RPG title and you purchased from Steamforged Games, you are entitled to a replacement.
If you purchased the title digitally straight from Steamforged Games, you will receive a PDF via email by end of June with the updated contents. But if you got your hands on the PDF through a different medium, be sure to head over to Bits and Mortar to download your copy at the end of the upcoming month.
If you are a player who purchased a physical copy of Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game from Steamforged directly - if you are in the US - you are in luck, as your replacement will be delivered to you with no action. However, those outside the US will need to fill out a form if they purchased directly from Steamforged.
Sadly, if you did purchase your book from a third-party retailer, all you can do is simply request a refund - which Steamforged has mentioned - and maybe buy the book when it's released in October.
Did you initially purchase the Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game - will you be picking up a replacement copy?
