Bringing a deck of cards that will randomly generate a gritty and inky dungeon for you within minutes.
The DUNGENERATOR: Series 2 is now LIVE on Kickstarter!
The DUNGENERATOR: Series 2 is now live on crowdfunding, with also a cheeky reprint of Series 1. Featuring 54 double-sided poker-sized cards which feature pathway after pathway of visual prompts. Hand-drawn by ROLLINKUNZ, series two will contain colourful gritty stairways, walkways, doorways and treasures to discover and organise as you see fit.
How To Dungenerate // The DUNGENERATOR
Constructing the dungeon is easy, taking out from the Dungeon Deck, players will just need to make sure that their arrows towards the exits and entryways of each room are connected. Although there are no rules with what you do with your deck, if you did want to construct something a little more bespoke designed for your game in place, it's just a case of displaying the cards for players to explore. With 54 double-sided cards - there is plenty of opportunities to design something perfect within minutes.
The Dungenerator Series One // ROLLINKUNZ
Alongside the new series of cards, if you are after some more designs the first series has returned to crowdfunding too. With a more earthy look, you can combine both decks to create something truly unique.
There are some add-ons and stretch goals involved in the campaign if you are looking for something a little extra. Including Goblin Side Quests, additional rooms and treasures, and much more. Plus they have announced a series 3 of DUNGENERATOR cards.
Digital Deck Preview // The DUNGENERATOR
There are a good few pledges if you wanted to get involved. Offering up both decks in a digital and physical format. Costs roughly for one physical deck, stretch goals and an add-on digital for £14. However, if you did want to get more for your buck, there are bundles which include more than one deck for players to build something truly vast and expansive.
If you are interested in a simple tool that can support dungeon building, fast. These cards are a wonderful idea to build and construct a dungeon quickly, creating a visual on the table for each player to see. There are 11 days left on the clock, already funded. So if you have not had time to construct a cheeky dungeon, the DUNGENERATOR will do all of the heavy liftings for you.
What do you think of a pop-up dungeon that can fit in your pocket?
