Bad Squiddo Games Fight With Boudicca & New Paladin
July 26, 2015 by brennon
Bad Squiddo Games have shown off two miniature for their Female Miniatures collection. The first of these is Warrior Boudicca sculpted by John Morris. The second is a Paladin sculpted by Mark Evans and will be an upcoming miniature...
Warrior Woman
If you're looking for a Celtic hero to lead your warriors into battle against a Roman horde then this could be the miniature you need. While I don't mind the sculpting I do think the paint job isn't quite right for me. But, that's the joy of our hobby - we can paint it differently.
It's nice to see that some big personalities from history are popping up in the collection. I would like to see them do a take on Joan of Arc to give their range something from the Medieval period.
Holy Knight
As something a bit more fantastical they also have plans to add to the dungeon crawlers too. I think this Paladin fits in quite nicely with a range of different Medieval/Fantasy settings so you could see her at home in the likes of Dungeons & Dragons and Dragon Age for example.
What do you think of both of these armour clad warrior women who will be dishing out the pain during your games?

Nice – but for some reason I keep hearing the horible histories gangster rap about Boudicca – but a female warlord that could even be used in Saga even if she where much older
Cheers! There are two Boudiccas, I’ve just been too ill this week to share around 😀

Both painted and sculpted by John Morris (using historial references for both 😉 )
Lots more in the works too 😀
Cheers!
