I am not sure how experienced you are Dom but keep up the painting. If you gave this whole model a wash with devlen mud you would see a huge improvment. Keep painting!! Also not sure what I am seeing on the cloak but make sure to wash your brush for metalics and brush for other colors in diffrent water. This will keep gliter out of you solid colors. I hope that is helpful.
