Demonic Weapons Ready for Conversion from Puppets War

That's right, if you've been looking for a cool set of possessed blades to use to upgrade your (cheaper) plastic Chaos Space Marines to (rather more expensive) Daemonic Weapon wielding Chaos Champions, then very soon, Puppets War will have the conversion pack for you!
If you're looking forward to the inevitable (and very probably close) relaunch of the Chaos Marine Codex, then these might be just the thing to arm all those evil Lords and corrupted souls in order to assure your victory.
Does anyone play Chaos in either WHFB or 40K... if so how do you rate Daemonic Weapons?
Darrell and I have often argued that the best one for its points, is the bog-standard "gain +1D6 attacks etc." version... what are your thoughts on the Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch flavours?

Now that is one cool idea. To be honest I’m surprised that no one has made them before as demonic weapons are used in so many games.
Some lovely looking renders here that remind me of unique Diablo weapons, especially the longest sword (Shadowfang) and the (Butcher’s) cleaver. I love the variety of styles – some are less overtly ‘evil’ than others so they’d make great barbarian weapons while some are without Chaos spikes all over making them good generic ‘ancient’ weapons. You could use these for equipping an RPG character (even a good-aligned one if they’re an anti-hero) as well as a Chaos champion, or give one to a plastic Grey Knight and make your own Castellan Crowe if you don’t like Finecast.
Someone get me my D100 and that old table of demonic weapons from that ancient issue of WD!
