About the Project
This is my Ork Vorkz Waggon. I build this over the month of February 2018 for Lancorz's Wacky Races Painting Challenge.

Starting Point
I picked up this 1:55 scale die cast VW van for €3,- as a starting point.
Disassembled it to strip the paint off the parts and rebuild it into something more Ork-like.Pen Destruction
From a couple of pens I had laying around that I got for free with some orders from Element Games, I made a pair of jet engines to power the vehicle.
BOOM Kannon!!!
To completely make it an Ork Battle Wagon I made a gun turret to put on top from some old GW bits, greenstuff, a pot from something and a bit from the pens mentioned earlier.
Rusty Wheels
Chipping medium applied on rusty wheels and bumpers so that the chrome paint going on can be chipped off.
I got the wheels and bumpers all nicely rusted and weathered up.
Interior Re-design
I got the interior, steering wheel and gear stick removed from the original interior to be re-used in my Ork VW van. I have to say that the dashboard is remarkably well detailed.
Some paint is being added.

I made some more progress on my Ork Kampa Waggon. Some paint is on it, still work in progress.
I got the majority of painting done on my Ork Kampa Waggon. Some pigments left and anything I decide later that actually still needs some paint to do.
Complete!!!
The Vorkz Waggon is done and it was an awesome project to work on.
