Green Dragon
I decided to quickly paint two dragons to give to my 5 and 7 year nephews.
As the life expectancy of these models may be rather short (especially when the 5 year old starts playing with it…), I aimed for quick, but effective paint scheme.
The models are from Descent the board game first edition. The casting on these models is rather crude and the details don’t always show up very well. For example, most of the claws are more deformed than sharp looking.
This was a bit freeing for me: I don’t have to aim for a “perfect paint job” as the models themselves are far from perfect.
I began airbrushing in 2023 and I have a love-hate relationship with my airbrush.
2023 was mostly hate towards my airbrush, but now I am starting to get the hang of it (mainly not clogging it and cleaning it quickly).
I really like how the wings turned with a quick airbrush job. Did a bit of drybrushing and some very quick brush painting.
