Black Friday Bits

I got lucky and had most of a Mech in my free bits bag.

(Legs, body and some left arms)

It got a zombie head to make it fit in with the team. Then a larger robotic arm was modified to be straight for the right arm. I added some big claws to the oversized arm to make it more of a weapon.

The claws are made out of 1mm plastic card.

Some copper wire was inserted in the zombies skull and into the Mech body. This hopefully ties the 2 elements together a bit.

I wanted some melee characters and Frostgrave Female Barbarian arms fit the bodies.

I think that these two rounded out the small team nicely.

Apart from the arms and weapons they are all made from free bits.

The Leader was looking a bit out of place with the others so he got a skull plonked on his bearskin.

I had some Priest arms and the sleeves nicely matched the hazmat suit.

The priest with a flaming skull head got a suppressor on his gun. I imagine that the rest of the suppressors will not be used as suppressors.

I was able to construct these ones with only free bits.

I had limited options for arms in the free bits. I tried to use all the free arms I could.

All the legs, body’s, heads, arms and heads fitted together with minimal modifications.

Not sure why these 2 ended up with zombie heads but I think it kinda worked.

The rest of the characters ended up being rather odd after I decided on using these heads.

I found myself quickly heading in a John Blanche direction.

I was able to construct 6 characters out of the free bits. 2 zombie heads were used from purchased bits.

I don’t have any use for these minis at the moment. The plan is to stick bits together to make cool stuff. Although I am trying to make a team rather than completely unrelated characters.

I think I got quite lucky with the free bits. There is a nice range of stuff here.
