About the Project
I've always wanted to get into 3d printing , but when my nephew was living with me. it was his "thing". when he moved out. and I had a bonus at work . I decided what the heck lets go for it

It misprinted, i had to cut the helmet off and print a separate one
Getting the colours in all the right places 
Got the paints out today , a little bit of work done on the fella
I used normal none contrast paints and washes

When i first looked into getting a 3D printer , i found this STL. its based on Napoleon Crossing by Jacques-Louis David , the Alps
Trying to keep some of the colour pallet from the original painting, but also keeping it to match death korps at the same time 
Forge world and 3d print side by side 
don’t be afraid to make mistakes; they are just the stepping-stones to success.
Just need a base now
