Attempting to paint the vast quantity of tiny planes I appear to have acquired! Where they come from is truly a mystery. I didn’t buy too many of them…nope…honest!

ZX-082Overlord Babbage reluctantly removed his head from the ceremonial bucket of water to address the issues of his slowly awakening minions. Slowly, and with great reverence, Overlord Babbage lifted the ancestral Staff of Light, focused his mental processes and whacked the nearest minion.
“10001110101” he ejaculated aggressively.
Satisfied with his ability to delegate Overlord Babbage swiftly returned to his bucket.
How to magnetise Fire Raptor balls!
Grab your weapon!
Insert 5x1mm magnet!
Grip your weapon tightly and give it a shake! The magnet should rattle about inside!
Run a bit of glue over the join between the 2 parts! 
Using super glue, whack a magnet between the ball turret sockets!
Offer up your balls to the sockets and BOOM! 
Success!!! If your balls sit at a weird angle then just shake them up a bit and the magnet inside should settle into a more pleasing position!
Bit by bit Overlord Babbage gets his dynastic shit together!
Kantor blue and Mechanicus standard grey. Nuln oil sort of glazed towards the edges and a cheeky drybrush of some lighter grey on the edges!
Blue still needs doing and then onto glowing bits! Eeeeek!

Life can be a tricky fish. I yearn for the paint table but was forced to work instead! Resulting after work wine consumption has somewhat impeded progress somewhat.
The keen eyed amongst you may have noticed that I’m painting a bloodbowl figure and NOT tiny fighting planes…I, however ask you to ignore that fact and instead focus on the catty hindrance. He represents ‘life’, and fluff.
Green and white? Or white and green? The Biel-tan appear through some portal or something space elf-like?
A simple wraithbone spray undercoat followed by a liberal ‘wash’ of 50/50 contrast medium and apothecary white. Then pick out random patches in contrast ork flesh, tickle the whole thing with a wraithbone base paint drybrush and boom…good enough!
Canopies (?), canopy’s (?), canapés (?)…the glass bits? Anywho, whatever they are shall be demonstrated soon via the medium of these blog/project posts!
Necron assembly protocols reinstalled…(turned off and on again!)
ZX-002 manages to launch with a full complement of weapons…but accidentally skipped through the paint protocols before completion!Sneaky Necron buggers appear at my door!
Due to a bizarre programming malfunction, ZX-001 manages to launch without any functional weaponry.
