Bit of a break from Lava

1. Amethyst style stone for Slanesh symbol – Gloss black with Alien Purple Zenithal then drybrushed with a soft brush with white – looks great

2. Various purples airbrushed in lightening layers and top highlight of white drybrushed – too subtle

3.Trialing Option 1 on carved foamex

4. Black volcanic glass – gloss black and very light white drybrush – easy win!

Some air brushing samples and then dumping a glossy wash on a new mock up.

Watching loads of youtube tutorials trying to get an effect I like and can replicate.

Last version is better due to higher saturation of colour.
