Virtual tour of Cancon 2020. cancon is an annual convention held in Canberra, Australia in late january each year on or about the Australia Day long weekend. The con runs for three days and attracts thousands of gamers,hobbyists and spectators. An hour from kickoff...
Well less than an hour before start time and the car parks are beginning to fill up with TO’s, gamers wirh big battle army trays (the skirmish gamers can sleep in a little longer due to ease of transportation) the caffeine deprived (presently enjoying a dodgy servo coffee here…) and an army of legendary yellow shirts who ensure everything runs smoothly. ..

Soon they will open the caged second hand area and dedicated collectors and hobbyists will fight to the death for the amusement of the crowds for a chance to win classic first edition board games
Age of Sigmar
Age of Sigmar had 200 players. Speaking to the convention organisers it was to the best of their knowledge the largest AoS tourney held anywhere in the world to date. Spare a thought for the Tournament Organisers. 200 players on over 100 tables over three days – now that is a logistical nightmare. Everything did seem to be running smoothly and people were having a great time.
