About the Project
In this project I'm going to work on forces for SAGA. I'm going to start in Age of Magic but I might drift into the historical versions too.

Warlord update
I managed to prime him during a lull in the rain yesterday. Seriously though it needs to stop raining, I’m going larping next weekend and I need to give my tent a good sweep out before I go.
Anyhoo I’ve painted all the bone and have started to block in the armour.
4th point painted
Another point, another unit of hearthguard. It’s finally stopped raining and I’ve managed to prime the warlord.
Third point painted... more zombies
That’s another point of mindless painted. So that’s 3 points in total. Although mindless don’t generate SAGA dice, so I’d better paint up something that does.
Second point painted
My second point consists of a unit of 20 mindless in the form of zombies. They’re a mix of GW and Mantic zombies. My favourite one is the guy shot putting the head.
First point painted
My first point of undead consists of 4 hearthguard with heavy weapons. I’m going to base the whole army in one go, so expect plain bases for a while.
Vampire
A bit of project cross posting. I painted this guy for the spring clean challenge. He’s a Gamezone vampire. I plan to use him as either a mounted warlord or black Knight.
Getting the warlord sorted.
I’ve decided to go for a 60mm base for my undead warlord. I’ve done this for the rule of cool. The warlord himself is from Darksword Miniatures. The bodyguards are GW skeletons from the 90’s.
The SAGA begins
So I’m starting my adventure by rebasing my old Vampire Counts. Yes I’m playing undead. So to ease me in I’m going start with a unit of hearthguard. 4 dudes nice and easy.
