About the Project
In this project I'll be uploading any 3D Models I make as well as some basic models for you to practice at home. Send me a PM if you'd like a 100% free run through of how to make your own basic 3D Models using Google Sketch Up (Free).

1p Flames of War Bases
As per your request @warzan here are some FoW Bases fitted for 1P Coins.

If anyone ever has any requests please feel free to send me a PM or comment here and I’ll see what I can do.
The Small and Medium Base are too small for 2p coins to be used (they’re 32mm by 25mm and a 2p is 25.9mm)
A Proper Siege Tower
Here is a 3D Printable Siege Tower I made for gaming. Taken from Osprey’s “Medieval Siege Weapons (1) Western Europe”. It’s based on a Tower used at the Siege of Vurdun in 985 AD.
The Model itself is in 15mm or near enough to it.
Cheval de Frise
I did a bit of searching on Thingyverse for some generic Black Powder terrain and couldn’t find any cheval de frise so decided to make my own.
A cheval de frise is basically a log with a bunch of spikes on it that was the anti Cavalry fortification of choice for everyone from the Romans (who had a more portable version that was essentially the same thing) to the trenches of WWI.
SAGA Tokens for a Friend
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3600040
I was recently at a Bolt Action Event (Briscon 2019) and I got to talking to a few people about one of my biggest problems with some game systems, Custom Dice.
I really dislike custom dice. I really dislike having to buy FOUR sets of dice just to play Bolt Action against any opponent and ensure that no matter what the other person brings you can work with it.
Then the conversation turned to Saga and I was reminded that there was a method to Convert D6’s into Saga Dice which got me thinking. If you used D6’s for SAGA it would probably get confusing once you put them on the board so how to fix that?
Tokens!
So you can roll plain D6’s and then work out what dice they count as and place those tokens on the board rather than a D6.
These are super rough and fast designs done up for a friend but hey it’s on Thingy-verse so if anyone wants to use them go ahead.
I have some other versions as well such as round bases (my friend has similar feels as you do @avernos when it comes to what makes a proper shaped base so these are on squares) and a conversion for them to take 1 or 2 Pence Pieces.
To take a coin the base is shave down and a separate “Coin Sabot” that needs to be glued separately and can be done for any shaped base.
The reason the Coin Sabot has to be separate has to do with the way objects are 3D Printed.
One day I’ll make these nicer but for now they should work.
