Added a splash of colour to the box
Decided to add a little splash of colour to the outside box, nothing too fancy, and all over spray of silver decorating paint then airbrushed some of the colours to make them glow a little, and the final touch a couple of stick on gems for the keys... next step is to paint up the tokensOpen the box and grab that Aember
Thank you for taking the time to have a peek at my current project, for those that play Keyforge you should already be aware that picking up the starter box set is unnecessary and generally frowned upon but unfortunately it leaves players having to find tokens, keys and chain trackers from different manufacturers, I decided that i wanted a nice compact travel box complete with a reasonable amount of tokens and a chain tracker built into the case…
The prototype for the box, the keys and chain tracker are magnetised and held securely to the box and an acrylic window has been added to the front to show off your Good/Bad/Questionable Archon for all to see.
The box slides apart giving you a compartment for your deck and two side compartments one for your Aember and the other for your assorted game tokens.
The key tokens can be removed and the key chain tracker spins easily from 1-24 with the relevant card handicap shown.
The front of the card compartment has been left open, shuffle your cards, drop them back in they draw directly from the box.
The full set of tokens: 20 Aember - (will be increased to 24 if people want it) 5 x stun, 6 x +1 tokens, 8 x 1 damage tokens, 5 x 3 damage tokens, 2 x 5 damage tokens, 5 x -1 armour tokens
For those who prefer to use dice, the compartment the damage tokens can be swapped out and can be replaced with 13 x 12mm die.
