I had a little trouble with deciding what colour to paint the various panels. Matching the pencil/staff colour to something you would find on a real cheap pencil was fun.

Piggle - Completed

Piggle actually presented a few issues. The sculpt on the mace/lollipop had to be further deepened with additional carving. It still looks a little rough, but I guess it’s ok for tabletop. Apart from that, the pink blended to a skin tone kind of worked ok.

By far the most fun painting this little guy. Just painted himself, really.

Lumpy - Completed

Lumpy proved to be an interesting scheme. Getting the shade of blue and a purple just right took longer than expected, but we got there in the end.

And so it starts.

The concept behind this game is so novel and different, I just had to look at it for myself. But before I could play, I needed to paint the gorgeous Miniatures.
