About the Project
This is a Christmas present for a friend, who loves the Discworld and especially the Luggage. This was a super rushed project as I am really pressed for time here :D

All About the Base
After cleaning out the molds as best as I could (and it was really tricky) I went on with painting the base colours as precisely as possible. I decided not to deviate from the general colour scheme and did a wooden chest with gold panels.
And Almost Done!
After the base I used some heavy washing that turned out really great on the wood. What gave me nightmares were the legs tho. Those were a nightmare to get right, I kept going over them again and again trying to make them look decent.
A pretty basic shading and highlighting resulted in this. I also decided to put in one golden tooth for the funsies 😀
Found a Fancy Base!
After finishing the mini I thought I should put it on something better than the basic base that came with it, so I went to my favourite hobby store to search for some and I found this gorgeous Mosaic Base by Micro Art Studios.
Played around with the painting a bit and then went for some really heavy washing that gave it a very dirty, almost muddy look that I quite like. What do y’all think?
