About the Project

Welcome! Because one cannot have too many games to work on at the same time here is my carnevale project! This will feature both old and new models and maybe some terrain making! As usual, if you have questions or comments please shout out. :)

There have been reports of disturbances at night, and people have gone missing. People who have paid up with the guild for protection.

In response the guild has sent some of its members out on a night patrol.

Here we have a guild member who has come accross a broken walking cane, its owner nowhere to be seen only blood and a strange slimey substance…..

This chap here was doing his rounds, collecting protection money for the guild.

When some wise guy decided to be like brad from pulp fiction.

A quick beating and he quickly coughed up the coin….and a little blood.

This guy was painted in the same techniques as the fisherman. Base, wash, highlight or two highlights in the case of red.

The coins were made from greenstuff using the snipped off tip of a pipette as a cookie cutter. Though not entirely to scale, I tjink it works.

The blood was the GW technical paint.

Given the cinematic nature of the game i want to tell a story with the minis.

Here we have a fisherman cautiously prowling, but from below something is stalking him.

The rashar arm is a spare I had from the old metal models.

The water is woodland scenics realistic water over a painted base and AK interactive wet effect on top to make it shiny .

The painting itself is very simple, black undercoat, base colour, wash, highlight (1 highlight except for red which has a second lighter highlight).

Enjoy!
